Packaged Ice Refunds

If you directly purchased packaged ice from Arctic Glacier or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates between January 1, 2001 and March 6, 2008, you may be eligible to claim a refund as part of a $26 million class-action anti-trust settlement involving Arctic Glacier and two other packaged ice companies.

Be advised that November 26, 2011 is the deadline for filing such a claim.

If you want to consider filing a claim, you should:

• Obtain the complete, official, 11-page Notice of Proposed Settlement of Case No. 08-MD- 01952, in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division, which includes the claim form, by clicking this link.
• Consult your attorney.
• Complete the claim form and submit it to the Settlement Administrator by November 26.

Note: You may be, or may already have been, contacted by a company offering to help you prepare and file the claim form in exchange for a percentage of any recovery. You do not need to use one of these companies to assist you in filing a claim.
