Cuomo, Oneida Indian Nation Agree to Settle Tax Dispute
But many questions unanswered on whether the deal on cigarettes,
OTP and motor fuel will yield true 'price parity' with non-Indian stores
   Governor Cuomo and Oneida Indian Nation leader Ray Halbritter
have announced an agreement designed to resolve long-standing issues
involving casino revenue sharing, land claims, and taxation. It's too early to conclude whether it's fair to non-Indian retailers who have long suffered the ill effects of gas and tobacco tax evasion facilitated by the Oneidas.
