Advance Registration

You may register by mail, fax, or online.

Mail or fax your completed registration form to the following address/fax number. Payment may be by credit card, or, if mailing your form, by check. Attach checks to your registration form.

Confirmation of registration
Participants who register on-line will receive an e-mail confirmation. Partipants who register by fax will receive confirmation by mail.

Convention Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by May 6, 2010 will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 6th unless the event (golf, meals etc.) can be resold. All cancellations must be in writing.

On-site Registration

Advance registration is preferred. The NYACS Registration Area will be available for on-site registration.
